• Deliver recordings of your private sessions to you

3. Email Subscriptions & Newsletter

When you subscribe to our email list, your name and email address are stored with our email marketing provider, SendFox. We retain your information indefinitely unless you request deletion.

You may unsubscribe at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email we send you. If you would like your name and email address permanently deleted from our database, please contact us directly at hello@guidingechoes.com and we will remove your information promptly.

4. Third-Party Service Providers

We work with the following third-party providers who may collect or process your data on our behalf:

• SendFox — email marketing and newsletter delivery
• Book Like A Boss LLC (blab.co) — appointment scheduling and booking management
• Stripe — payment processing (Stripe Privacy Policy)

• Google Meet — video sessions and online events
• YouTube — video content embedded on our website. When YouTube videos are embedded, YouTube may collect data about your visit in accordance with their privacy policy (Google/YouTube Privacy Policy)

5. Cookies & Analytics

6. Session Recordings — Private Sessions

Private one-on-one sessions conducted via Google Meet may be recorded and delivered to you for your personal use. The following applies to all private session recordings:

• Recordings are delivered to you as the client for your personal reference.
• Recordings are stored securely on our private cloud storage and private drive.
• We retain session recordings for a minimum of two years.
• Recordings are never shared publicly or used for marketing purposes without your explicit written or recorded verbal consent.
• You have the right to opt out of being recorded at any time. Simply inform us before or during your session and we will accommodate your preference immediately.
• You may change your recording preference at any time, for any session.

7. Event & Group Recordings

When you attend a recorded online event such as a class, workshop, or gallery reading hosted by Guiding Echoes, the following applies:

• Notice that the event will be recorded is provided on the event registration or sales page. By purchasing a ticket or accepting a gifted ticket, you acknowledge and accept that the event will be recorded.
• You will receive an email reminder prior to the event confirming that it will be recorded.
• A verbal reminder will be given at the beginning of the recording.
• Your entry into and participation in the event constitutes your acceptance of being recorded.
• Event recordings, in part or in whole, may be used on our website, YouTube channel, or other social media platforms for purposes of entertainment, education, marketing, or promotion.
• If you do not wish to appear on camera, you may keep your camera off during the event. Please be aware that your voice may still be captured in the recording.

8. Payment Information

All payments are processed securely through Stripe and/or PayPal. We do not store, access, or process your payment card information directly. Payments are charged once per transaction unless you have enrolled in a membership, in which case recurring monthly charges apply as agreed at the time of enrollment.

To update or request changes to your payment information, please contact Stripe or PayPal directly using the contact information in their respective privacy policies.

9. Your California Privacy Rights

As a California resident, you have the following rights under the CCPA and CalOPPA:

• Right to Know — you have the right to request information about the personal data we collect, use, and share about you.
• Right to Delete — you have the right to request that we delete your personal information from our records, subject to certain exceptions.
• Right to Opt Out — we do not sell your personal information. However, you have the right to opt out of any future data sale should our practices change.
• Right to Non-Discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.
• Right to Correct — you have the right to request correction of inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
